Asif Zardari has decided to make his daughter Asifa Bhutto first lady.
Asifa Bhutto Zardari will be given the status of the First Lady according to the People’s Party, President Asif Zardari will officially declare Asifa Bhutto the First Lady.
Asifa will receive the First Lady protocol; she will be the First Lady who is the daughter of the President.
First lady or sometimes first gentleman is a person who is the spouse of a head of state or government, and is sometimes used for a child or other relative.
Notably, this marks the first time a Pakistani President has announced his daughter for the position of First Lady, as the title is often reserved for the President’s wife.

For the general elections 2024, Asifa Bhutto ran a nationwide election campaign for the Pakistan People’s Party and supported her brother Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
Asifa Bhutto belongs to Pakistan’s largest and most democratic political party, the People’s Party. She was born February 3, 1993.
She is the youngest daughter of the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Ms. Benazir Bhutto Shaheed, and the former President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari. Asifa is the younger sister of Bilawal and Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari.
She is the granddaughter of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, founder of Pakistan People’s Party and Nusrat Bhutto of Iranian origin, and niece of Shahnawaz Bhutto and Murtaza Bhutto.
