Election Commission releases timetable for delimitation for Islamabad.
The Election Commission schedule says that 125 union councils will start the delimitation process. In the constituencies, the commission will create 750 general wards plus 250 women’s wards.
According to the ECP spokesperson, the demarcation of Islamabad will be completed by May 18. Regional Election Commissioner Rawalpindi was given the responsibility of constituencies.
According to the schedule, the objections related to the constituencies will be submitted to the concerned authority comprising the Election Commissioners of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
