Pakistani citizens nationwide can now register for a driving license.
In another move to streamline the issuance of driving license, the provincial government of Karachi, Lahore, and Punjab has started providing driving licenses to all Pakistanis.
It has been started on the instructions of the Provincial Police Chief and Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi.
According to the report, many local people, including foreigners, could avail the opportunity to get license facilities in the provincial capital. Previously, city residents could submit license applications at modern facilities.
To streamline the process, Liberty Market and Manawan Center have started providing round-the-clock services, while residents can visit Arfa Karim Tower, Greater Iqbal, Defense Center, and Bahria Town locations between 8 am and 12 noon.
