Introducing the Online Learners Driving License App

Online learner’s driving license app has been introduced in Punjab.

In an effort to speed up the licensing process in the province, Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi has officially introduced the online learners driving license app.

Residents can now apply in person at outposts, service centers and police headquarters using the recently released “Online Learner Web App” mobile application.

Appreciating the efforts of the IG and PITB officials, the Chief Minister noted that the licensing facility will also be available at police stations, outposts and service centers.

Mohsin Naqvi said in his speech on the occasion that “Now the urban learners will be able to get the learning driving license at home through the driving license mobile app.

Services for obtaining learner permit will be offered at the front desk of the police station, he added.

User friendly interface

The recently introduced internet-based system offers a user-friendly interface, allowing residents to apply for licenses from the comfort of their homes, eliminating the need for long queues. This upgrade is intended to be more efficient and user-friendly than the previous 2003 system.

According to a new service launched by the Punjab government on Monday, residents across the province now have the ability to renew ordinary driver’s licenses, duplicate driver’s licenses and international driver’s licenses online by applying to the Punjab Police.

This program is a major step towards simplifying the process of obtaining a driving license. It is expected that the new method will save time, reduce difficulties for applicants, and help increase road safety across the province.
