Bilawal Bhutto humiliates Nabil Gabol at Karachi Mayor Oath Ceremony.
Nabil Gabol was humiliated by Bilawal in a video that has gone viral on social media after he went out to shake the PPP chairman hand.
At the Polo Ground in Karachi, Bilawal attended Murtaza Wahab swearing-in ceremony as mayor of Karachi.
Ministers from the province, advisors, and other dignitaries were present at the event. There were also current chief minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and former chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah.
Gabol can be seen speaking inaudibly to Bilawal about settling a private issue.
Salman Murad can be seen rejecting Bilawal as he reached out to greet the former lawmaker on taking the oath as deputy major.
Bilawal can be heard saying, “We will talk about it later.” After that, Gabol was quickly taken from the PPP chairman.
Nabil Gabol sparked a stir on social media in April of this year after making a number of nasty and misogynistic comments in various interviews.
Gabol makes a wild comparison between political oppression and sexual assault during the podcast discussion.
“If rape is imminent, just enjoy it,” is a proverb in English. He reiterates his assertion that it is a saying when the presenter informs him that there is no such phrase.
The PPP leadership was equally offended by Gabol remarks, and they sent him a show-cause notice and sought an explanation. If he doesn’t give a good enough response, it said, there would be disciplinary action.
