Sajida Bibi, a disabled Pakistani athlete who Olympic gold medalist in Special Olympics 2019 and represented her nation with dignity, went missing on March 31.
Who is Sajida Bibi?
According to Pakistani sources, young Olympic medalist athlete Sajida Bibi, who hails from Sindh province, used to work as a domestic worker to earn a living for her family. A missing complaint was filed at Gulistan Johar police station.

A young athlete from Sindh was also included in the 92-member Pakistani delegation to participate in the Special Olympics World Games 2019 in the United Arab Emirates.
At the mega event, Sajida won the gold medal in tennis doubles along with Bibi and her partner Erza and received a standing ovation from the other players and the public.
It is also worth mentioning that the Pakistani team participating in ten events won nine gold, eleven silver, and nine bronze trophies in the Special Olympics World Games.
After winning, Sajida wrote, “I want people to call me differently than disabled.

Sajida continued, saying that her family and friends have always supported her, and she was happy to win the competition by defeating the United States and taking home the prize for her nation.
