Prices for petrol $ will increase in Pakistan starting on November 1.
Media reports suggest that although the price of diesel may rise by Rs 0.82 per liter, the price of petrol may increase by Rs 3.55 paisa. The cost of crude oil on the international market is the cause of the rise in the price of gasoline and diesel.
It should be mentioned that the price of gasoline and diesel has risen by $3.14 and $1.14 a barrel, respectively, on a global scale. The caretaker government decreased the cost of gasoline and diesel by Rs. 40 and Rs. 15 per liter, respectively, on October 16.
However, the national carrier canceled 49 of its domestic and international flights today. Only certain aircraft of the national carrier are receiving fuel. There have been cancellations of 5 flights from Karachi to Islamabad and 2 flights from Karachi to Turbat.
