2024 PSL 9 schedule for ninth edition of Pakistan Super League released.
The schedule for PSL 9 2024 has been released, with a total of 34 matches to be played which will continue till March 17. The tournament will be divided into two phases, for the first phase of which matches will be scheduled in Lahore and Multan. The second phase will be held in Karachi and Rawalpindi.
The opening match of the tournament will be played between Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United at Gaddafi Stadium. Notably, the final match of the event, the Final Match, is scheduled to be held in Karachi, which promises to be a thrilling finish.
There are seven doubleheader matches scheduled for the tournament. Six league games and one qualifying round are slated for the day.
PSL 9 will see three matches in Rawalpindi, two in Lahore, and eleven in Karachi, with respect to venue distribution. In addition, there will be five matches in Multan, nine matches in each of Lahore and Rawalpindi, and five matches in Rawalpindi, guaranteeing a varied spread of cricket activity throughout several cities.
The Pakistan Super League teams are anticipated to arrive beginning on February 12; this will provide a four-day window for formal practice sessions. Fans of cricket are looking forward to the exciting matches that this PSL season promises to deliver.
