Tragic incident in Quetta: 6 family members including children, burnt.
Six members of a household, including children, died as a result of a gas leak in Quetta Satellite Town, according to rescue sources.
Rescue personnel claimed that a gas leak was what started the fire. They claimed that the family members were unable to escape the house to escape the raging flames since the fire was so severe.
According to the report,
Locals saw smoke coming from the structure and forced into the front entrance to save the family.
Police arrived at the scene of the incident after it happened.
The family attempted to turn on the heater because it was cold outside, but a gas leak caused the house to blow up, starting the fire.
As per initial reports,
The bodies have been sent to a neighbouring hospital, but the identities have not yet been determined.
Earlier in 2021, a fire that erupted in a Lahore home claimed the lives of two elderly women.
