The study claims that eating vegetable oil leads to oxidative stress, which destroys the brain’s membrane and causes harmful substances to begin building up inside the brain.

According to the study, patients who used vegetable oil had higher levels of weariness and mental haze.

Which raised their likelihood of developing dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, as well as headaches.

Fried Foods
