Punjab caretaker administration to file complaint court for terrorist.
Under the chairmanship of interim Chief Minister of Punjab Mohsin Naqvi, a meeting was held to review the status of the legal actions taken against the criminals responsible for the events of May 9 and to approve cash rewards for those who can identify the suspects.
Concern was raised during the discussion over the named suspects’ illegal facilitation of the attack on the ISI headquarters.
In the meeting, it was decided to send a reference against a judge for giving terrorists excessive access, and to also contest the decision to give the named accused illegal and unconstitutional access.
In the conference, it was said that helping the named suspect avoid punishment is the same as killing justice. The arrest of the fugitive miscreants should be ensured as soon as possible, according to Naqvi, who also directed a thorough follow-up of the cases filed against the criminals.
“Those who attack military facilities and public property do not deserve any leniency. A sad chapter in Pakistan’s history begins on May 9, he said.
