ANP chief Asfandyar Wali wife passed away, confirmed ANP spokesperson.
According to the details, the news of the death of Asfandyar Wali wife was released by ANP spokesperson Zahid Khan. Zahid Khan says that the deceased will be buried in Charsadda district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Spokesman ANP Zahid Khan further says that the time of funeral prayer of Isfandyar Wali’s wife will be announced later. It should be noted that in October 2008, there was a murderous attack on Asfandyar Wali while meeting guests during Eid al-Fitr.

During January of this year, ANP chief Asfandyar Wali said that Awami National Party members will not be part of the election process of the National Assembly or the Senate as well as the provincial assemblies. We want the strengthening of civilian supremacy in the country.
Announcing not to be a part of the parliamentary elections, the ANP chief said that we want democracy and the strength of the parliament. The type of money used during the current elections is unprecedented.
He said that we are not in favor of giving opinion to anyone in the Provincial Assemblies, National Assembly or Senate in the current situation.
We have been offered positions by majority parties, but Awami National Party does not do politics of power or seats.
