Official Schedule of PTI Intra Party Elections has Released

The official schedule of PTI intra party elections has been released.

The Tehreek-e-Insaf Federal Election Commissioner Rauf Hassan released the Schedule of intra-party elections. PTI intra party elections will be held on Feb 5.

All registered members of PTI can vote in the reserved seats in favor of the panel or chairman candidate of their choice.

Party members can also vote via the ‘Raabta Application Intra Party Election Module’. All members enrolled by January 31 will be eligible to vote.

The details of all the panels participating in the intra-party election will be available on PTI’s official website and contact application.

The detailed procedure for election is explained in the Election Rules, 2020, which is available on the website and the Raabta app.

The polling time will be from 10 am to 4 pm on Monday, February 5. Election venues and the date of the Appellate Tribunal will be announced on February 1.

Nomination papers can be obtained from PTI central secretariat or website from February 1 to 2. The deadline for submitting nomination papers is February 2 at 10 pm.

Candidates will be able to submit their nomination papers through central and provincial secretariats and digitally through email as well.

Scrutiny of nomination papers of intra-party election candidates will take place on February 3. If the nomination papers are denied, the deadline to lodge objections is February 3 at 10 pm.

The party will publish the lists of all the final panels participating in the intra-party election on the website on February 4 at 4 pm.

The party will officially announce the results of the intra-party election on Tuesday, February 6.

It’s worth noting that after the sentencing of the PTI founder yesterday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) revealed its plan C for the election.

PTI has decided to conduct party elections within a week. Rauf Hasan has been appointed as the Federal Chief Election Commissioner of Tehreek-e-Insaf in this regard.

He said that generally the law states that the court sentences the sentences together unless there is a professional criminal or a most wanted terrorist.

In Imran Khan’s case it will be a concurrent sentence and he will only have to serve the maximum sentence.

He said that if the courts for some reason do not specify whether the sentence will be concurrent or cumulative, in such a case the lawyer can file an application under Section 561 of the Criminal Code for concurrent sentence.

On the question that since the maximum sentence has been given under the NAB law, how soon can Imran Khan get bail in the Toshakhana reference case.

Nawaz Sharif backed Qazi Hussain Ahmad of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan when he first suggested Kashmir Day in february 5,1990.

In 1990, Qazi Hussain Ahmad of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan made the initial proposal for Kashmir solidarity Day. A “Kashmir Solidarity Day Strike” was organized in 1991 by Nawaz Sharif, the country’s prime minister at the time.

International corporations like Hyundai and Kia Motors, Suzuki Motors, Toyota, KFC, and Pizza Hut with Pakistani franchises sponsored ads supporting the “right to freedom” of Kashmiris in 2022.

These corporations’ Indian franchises expressed regret for the acts’ partisanship and noted that their parent company’s brand names were utilized without permission.

He added that 270 tonnes of special paper is being used in the current printing process. Balochistan and Sindh constituencies are being printed in Karachi, while the official printing office in Islamabad is printing ballots for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and Islamabad constituencies.

The spokesperson said that three separate machines will be used to produce the ballot papers, which will be emblazoned with unique watermarks. The Printing Corporation has maintained strict security protocols at its locations while printing the ballot paper.

During the 2018 general elections, the nation implemented watermarked ballot papers, marking a significant milestone.

Three printing presses, including Security Printing Corporation, Pakistan Postal Foundation, and Printing Corporation of Pakistan, are being used for this work.
