Twitter CEO Musk recruits iPhone hacker George Hotz, 2007 iPhone hack.
According to media accounts, Hotz was also involved with Musk’s SpaceX. Hotz was the first person to unlock an iPhone in 2007. Musk hired Hotz iPhone Hacker to repair a bug in Twitter’s search option in 12 weeks.
Who is George Hotz?
George Francis Hotz (born October 2, 1989), alias geohot, is an American security hacker, entrepreneur, and software engineer. He is known for developing iOS jailbreaks, reverse engineering the PlayStation 3, and for the subsequent lawsuit brought against him by Sony. Since September 2015, he has been working on his vehicle automation machine learning company
iPhone Hacker Hotz said in a Tweet
“I’m down for a 12-week internship at Twitter for the cost of living in San Francisco “. It’s not about accumulating capital in a dead planet; it’s about bringing the planet back to life.”
Hotz also claimed that he is not interested in staying with the Company for an extended period of time.
Elon Musk responded to his tweet by offering to speak with him.
This isn’t the first time Musk has turned to Hotz to execute a difficult Situation. He want Hotz for the role as Tesla struggled to develop driving assistance technologies. Hotz, on the other hand, declined Musk’s offer.
Hotz also wondered whether his followers will transfer from Google Search to Twitter Search.
He asked queries such as, “What do you think about the quality of Twitter searches?” “What makes you choose Twitter search over Google search?”
A user said that it was still horrible.
Another user said, “If I’m searching for anything and I’m even 1 character off, I straight up don’t find what I’m looking for.”
Hotz agreed and pledged to look for easy solutions to the situation.
