Toshakhana Case: Bushra Bibi arrested after being sentenced by court.
Court arrested Bushra Bibi, Imran Khan’s wife, after the court sentenced her to 14 years of hard labor in the Toshakhana Case.
Apart from disqualifying him from holding any public office for 10 years, the court also imposed a fine of Rs 78 crore 70 on him.
During today’s hearing, the court presented Imran Khan while Bushra Bibi was not present in court.
After the verdict was pronounced, Bushra Bibi herself reached Adiala Jail to arrest her, where the NAB team already present arrested her.
On this occasion, an Indian contingent of police was stationed around the Adiala Jail. After the arrest, Bushra Bibi was transferred to the women’s barracks of the Adiala Jail.
According to prison sources, Bushra Bibi will also undergo a medical Testing.
