Islamabad Decision to Issue a Tourism ‘Margo’ Logo

Capital Development Authority Islamabad decided to issue tourism logo.

Islamabad tourism logo ‘Margo’, derived from the Margalla Hills, will be installed at all major parks and metro stations in the capital.

According to the officials, Tindwar ‘Margo’ wearing sunglasses, cap and handkerchief will now be delivered to Islamabad.

CDA officials have decided to declare the endangered Asiatic leopard as a mascot.

According to officials, the tourism logo will be displayed at the Pak China Center, the Convention Center, the Margalla Trails, and educational and cultural facilities.

Officials said that through this tourism logo, the Margalla Hills will be promoted globally and the efforts for the survival of the endangered leopard will also be highlighted.

“Margo” will be planted in all the major parks and tourist spots of Islamabad.
