Makhdoom Javed Hashmi, a seasoned politician, has stated that police raid his house, taking his son-in-law, a candidate supported by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and house servants.
According to Javed Hashmi, at around 1:00 am, some 20 Punjab Police officers surrounded his home, known as “Makhdoom Rasheed,” and broke the house’s sanctity by breaking the law and entering without a warrant. The senior politician claimed that the PTI workers’ convention was set to take place at the same time as the raid.
