PTI Challenged the General Election Results in Supreme Court

PTI leader Marwat challenged the election results in Supreme Court.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Sher Afzal Marwat challenged the Supreme Court under the Constitution to annul the results of the general elections.

In the petition, the Election Commission Committee formed to investigate the allegations of former Commissioner Rawalpindi has also been challenged. Apart from this, the appointment of Chief Election Commissioner and Member Election Commission has also been challenged in the court.

In the constitutional petition, the court was requested to annul the appointment of the Chief Election Commissioner and the members, it was also requested to annul the form 47 of the national and provincial assemblies.

The request also requested to stop the formation of federal and provincial governments, on the other hand sources registrar office says that no request of Sher Afzal Marwat has been received yet.
