Punjab CM Mohsin Naqvi cancel’s tuition fees for Kashmiri students.
This initiative will help about 200 Kashmiri students, and as a bonus, they will also get laptop computers. These students will receive driving licences from the traffic police, easing their travel and enabling them to complete their study.
Students from Kashmir studying in Punjab thanked the state for its efforts to support their people during a meeting with the interim chief minister.
Additionally, it has been requested that the Bank of Punjab open accounts for these students, assisting them in managing their money.
Throughout the gathering, a prayer was recited in honour of those who lost their lives in the recent earthquake in Turkey.
