WhatsApp users will soon be able to use some new features based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology. These new features will be based on Meta AI which has been hinted at in various beta versions of WhatsApp.
WABetaInfo reports that Meta has added a new AI shortcut to the Android beta version of WhatsApp.

This AI Shortcut will be on top of WhatsApp which users can use to get answers to various questions and get details on various topics.
Similarly, Meta’s photo editor based on AI technology is also being tested in WhatsApp.
With this photo editor, users will be able to change the background of the photos.
Along with this, the facility to restyle and expand the images will also be available to the users.
WhatsApp is also testing the feature of creating stickers and photos within the app.
WhatsApp is also working on a feature to give users access to an AI chatbot within the chat window.
All these AI features are still being worked on, so it’s hard to say how long they will be available to users.
But given the speed with which AI technology is being worked on by Meta, it is likely that they will be introduced soon.
