After being suspended for domestic abuse allegations, he provided an explanation. The verdict was pronounced after filing a first information report against Sati in response to a complaint filed by his wife Namaika Tahir Mehmood. It seems that she is apparently his second wife.

Both sides of the story should be seen

Speaking about his conflict with his second wife, he said it was important to hear both sides of any story. There are two sides to everything, Sati remarked, adding that her discussion with her spouse was a mutual affair.

He went on to say that although there are disputes between husband and wife in every household, his reputation was deliberately tarnished by exaggerating his case.

Satti, seen wearing a pink shirt in the seven-minute video, lamented the public backlash on social media over her personal life. He described himself as an innocent.

The former news anchor of ARY News regretted the extensive discussion of his private life. He said that the police is looking into the situation and there should not be a media trial.

He said that there is no need for media courts when the courts are looking into the issues.

Sati compared his third wife’s demand for divorce to blackmailing his second wife Namaika.

Saudi Arabia Bans Children’s Prams in Grand Mosque Area

0

The government of Saudi Arabia has recently bans baby prams in Mosque.

According to the government of Saudi Arabia, children’s prams are now bans in the Mataf or Tawaf area of the Kaaba.

Strollers are no longer permitted on the ground level of Mataf, according to the new policy that was released by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.

Prams are still allowed in certain spots, though, including the Grand Mosque in Makkah and certain sections on the higher floors of Mataf.

Strollers are also permitted through the King Fahd Expansion Area to Mas’a, the running area between Safa and Marwa, with the exception of times when it is extremely crowded on the Mataf and Mas’a levels.

Given how congested the area is, particularly during the months of Ramadan and Hajj, this choice is a preventative one.

With agreements reached with nations like Pakistan, the administration is getting ready for the forthcoming Hajj and hopes to receive almost 2 million pilgrims in June.

In order to make it easier for worshippers to enter, authorities are also thinking about creating designated zones inside Masjid al-Haram.

The Saudi Postal and Logistics Company and the General Authority for Care of the Two Holy Mosques inked a contract for the latter to research this area, aiding in pilgrim guidance, performance evaluation, and effective resource distribution.

Following the relaxation of social distancing measures put in place during the pandemic, the monarchy welcomed 2 million travelers for the Hajj and nearly 13 million pilgrims for the Umrah last year.

International corporations like Hyundai and Kia Motors, Suzuki Motors, Toyota, KFC, and Pizza Hut with Pakistani franchises sponsored ads supporting the “right to freedom” of Kashmiris in 2022.

These corporations’ Indian franchises expressed regret for the acts’ partisanship and noted that their parent company’s brand names were utilized without permission.

US Reacts to Former PM Imran Khan’s Sentence in Cipher Case

0

US responded to Imran Khan’s sentence in the cipher case on Tuesday.

In response to Imran Khan’s sentence in the cipher case on Tuesday, a US official said that Pakistani courts have the authority to decide whether to prosecute the former prime minister.

Speaking to Khan’s 10-year prison term, State Department Spokesman Matthew Miller underlined that the United States wants to see a just and democratic process in Pakistan.

Miller emphasized that the United States supports an inclusive, democratic elections process with wide participation rather than taking a position on Pakistan’s domestic issues, such as the choice of candidates for office.

Miller refrained from drawing parallels between Imran Khan’s sentence and the developments in Venezuela, even as she reiterated the United States’ commitment to keeping an eye on the next ten days leading up to the elections.

He claimed that the circumstances are different and that the United States has not yet made decisions about the Pakistani judicial system.

Miller emphasized the emphasis placed by the United States on Venezuela’s history of repressing democracy, especially its disregard for pledges made to permit political candidates to run.

In a related development, the United States had earlier eased restrictions on the gold industry in Venezuela following a court ruling that invalidated the candidacies of two candidates for president.

Hammad Azhar Announces Withdrawal from General Elections 2024

PTI leader Hammad Azhar announces his withdrawal from the elections.

Leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former minister Hammad Azhar announced his withdrawal from the upcoming general elections in a major declaration on Wednesday.

The ruling was made at a Supreme Court session presided over by Justices Mansoor Ali Shah and Jamal Mandukhel in relation to the matter involving the denial of Hammad Azhar’s nomination documents.

The court was informed by the assistant counsel that Hammad Azhar had decided not to continue the appeal during the hearings. The Supreme Court’s position is unambiguous: Article 62 1F does not always apply. Justice Mansoor expressed concerns about the High Court’s use of Article 62 1F in its ruling.

Judge Mansoor noted that the PTI leader will not profit from the ruling in reaction to the appeal’s abandonment. According to Justice Jamal, it seemed that Hammad Azhar had no intention of giving up.

Following this, the former minister declared his resignation from the elections, and Hammad’s attorney formally withdrew the appeal from the court. Notably, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Hammad Azhar was running from NA-129 as an independent.

CSS Exam 2022 Scandal: FIA Exposes Answer Book Replacement

0

FIA probes CSS exam 2022 scandal investigation of answer book replace.

Following the filing of a First Information Report (FIR), the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has opened a comprehensive investigation into claims of answer book replacement in the CSS exam 2022 scandal.

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) officer, two candidates, and another person are all named in the FIR as being involved in the illegal operation’s planning.

Mumtaz Hussain Shoukat, the former Deputy Director of the FPSC, and other individuals are expected to have their roles in the FIR closely scrutinized as it develops.

The controversy casts doubt on the validity of the CSS exam, a vital source for hiring senior government officials.

A complaint from a whistleblower triggers action.

The Director General (Administration) of FPSC, Islamabad, Unsar Hayat Gonsdal, filed a whistleblower report that prompted the filing of the FIR.

The FIR was filed after the complaint sparked an investigation (number 322/2023) that turned up shocking information about the alleged wrongdoing.

Nadeem Mohammad Khan, an Assistant (BS-16) assigned to the FPSC Secrecy Branch, and Ali Sher and Hular Ahmed, two CSS applicants, are among the accused.

According to the FIR, Khan may have been able to swap out the two students’ answer sheets from the CSS Exam 2022.

Under an internal investigation led by Syed Ahmed Babur Zaidi, Zaheer Parvaiz Khan, and Akbar Hussain Durrani, it was discovered that Nadeem Muhammad Khan had substituted the genuine answer booklets that Ali Sher and Hular Ahmed had attempted in the exam rooms for the ones that Nadeem Muhammad Khan had used.

The purported manipulation was done in order to generate financial profits totaling one million rupees.

The serial numbers of the replacement answer books were found to be different from those on the attendance sheets in the exam rooms during the internal investigation.

Additionally, of the twenty-four answer booklets that were examined, twenty-two were not provided to any exam hall or center by the examination cell for the CSS 2022 exam.

The Pakistan Penal Code’s sections 34, 161, 409, and 201 as well as the Prevention of Corruption Act’s 5(2) and 47 PCA have been cited in the FIR against Nadeem Muhammad Khan, Assistant FPSC (BS-16), and the two candidates who are under investigation, Ali Sher and Halar Ahmed. The FIR also names Muhammad Ibrahim as someone who allegedly helped the operation along.
